Administrator now has the option to hide overdue To-Do Items in Manage Home Page

Administrator now has the option to hide overdue To-Do Items in Manage Home Page.
Before 1911 release, this feature was not available.
Although this was a part of Universal Item from Q4-1911 release, but still it requires settings changes.

Previously, long overdue to-do items under the to-do section use to take more time by expending
it on by clicking for more records but now with this new feature.You will see the option to Hide over-due items which can be set from 30 – 730 Days.

This feature will help the users to track of their tasks, more efficiently.

Under Manage Home page–> To-Do Settings–> General Settings select the option

Hide overdue to-do items after 90 days (even if they aren’t done), Once you move the pointer it would increase/ decrease between 30 – 730 Days.

Before applying the changes: There is a pending item which is overdue since 896 days.

Once you move the pointer it would increase/ decrease between 30 – 730 Days.

 

After applying the changes: Pending Item which was overdue since 896 Days, got hided 

 

Conclusion: By enabling this feature it helps the user in better keep the track of there task and it also increases the efficiency  in managing the task as the long overdue items gets hided,

Note: Overdue To-Do Items for the following tiles aren’t affected (integrated todos):

  • Approve Request
  • Business Process
  • Complete Paperwork
  • Complete Payroll Tasks
  • Equipment for New Hire
  • Headcount Planning
  • Learning Approval
  • Onboarding Manager Activities
  • Onboarding Tasks
  • Take Courses
  • Take Survey
  • Third-Party To-Do Items
