I'm unable to access the webinar or slide deck for this. Is there a web page link you can share that contains the slide deck and webinar recording?
Hi Minnie,
Are you not able to access the wiki itself? This is a direct link to the page:
https://wiki.hybris.com/display/custwebinvideo/SAP+Cloud+for+Customer+2002+Release+Briefing
Did you try accessing it with your s-user? You need one to access the wiki.
For a new customer, SAP will create an initial S-user ID for the SAP software recipient which is in the tenant handover e-mail. This user administrator can then request any number of S-user IDs and assign the required authorizations at any time.
For more information, see, SAP User Management concept: https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/users.html
