If you’ve logged in to your Ariba Network supplier portal recently, you may have noticed a few changes to the look and feel of the platform.

These updates were introduced on November 11th, and are intended to make the portal more intuitive and consistent with other SAP solutions. Having a consistent and familiar look and feel will help users adopt other SAP solutions more easily.

If you’re used to getting to your documents and completing tasks in a particular way, don’t worry - all the navigation paths are still the same. This means that you can continue with the same processes as you’ve done before the changes.

Here’s a summary of what’s new:

  • Navigation Bar: The top navigation bar was redesigned with SAP branding, a drop-down menu for cross-solution navigation, and new icons to access company and user settings as well as the help functions.

  • Menu Bar (under the navigation bar): The menu bar has been changed to white with vertical menus.

  • Colors and visuals: You’ll notice the light grey background and the SAP logo in the footer
