SAP Learning Hub Satisfaction Survey Now Open
We value your opinion, so don’t miss the opportunity to share your thoughts in the
SAP Learning Hub satisfaction survey, open until December 20
th. The survey will require no more than five minutes of your valuable time. Your answers will remain anonymous and will help us to improve your learning experience on SAP Learning Hub. You can access the survey
here.
The survey will disappear from your active courses after December 20
th, even if you complete the survey earlier. This is necessary to keep your participation off the records and thus ensure absolute anonymity.

First Machine Translated Learning Assets Now Available
The first machine translated learning assets are now available in SAP Learning Hub. Neural machine translation, or NMT, complements the “human” translations already available and enables translation at scale for languages including German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese.
We implemented a continuous improvement loop, where you can directly notify us about any correction required. Your feedback will not only be considered for the asset in question, but it will also be included in our translation “memory” to ensure it is considered for all future translations to come.

Test Lab for SAP Learning Hub Results
In order to improve the learning content search, we were running a remote usability study in the Test Lab in the
Welcome Room and all SAP Learning Hub users were invited to participate. Now, after six weeks, we can share some first results.
According to our study participants, the top five most important filters are: learning format (22%), SAP software solutions (17%), course level (16%), delivery method (10%), course version (collection) (9%), and rating (3%).
In addition, we also tested a new user interface (UI) design for our learning content search. Here 73% of all participants agreed to the statement that the new search UI is intuitive to use. Also, the heatmap of the click test shows that the new search UI was very intuitive and easy to use for all participants without any usability issues. More details will be published in the Test Lab of the
Welcome Room soon.
These positive results are very promising, and we will therefore continue with our efforts to deliver of a new search UI for SAP Learning Hub including the most important filter options. You will hear from us very soon.

Mass Assignments of Programs on SAP Learning Hub
– For users of private cloud versions of SAP Learning Hub.
Customers of the private cloud versions of SAP Learning Hub with admin roles can now assign multiple programs to users by submitting a service request.
Private cloud version customer admins need to fill out a template available
here and submit it to
learninghub.admin@sap.com.
Please note, that the program ID can be picked from the
course catalog.
