The new SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit application has been released for all customers on December 3rd in SAP ONE Support Launchpad. It gives you access to a fully automated reporting cockpit for the following cloud solutions:

  • SAP SuccessFactors

  • SAP C/4HANA Cloud

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud

It provides an interactive, integrated and comprehensive overview of support statistics for each individual customer using different support relevant data:

  • purchased products and contracts overview

  • system landscape

  • license utilization

  • business relevant usage statistics

  • incidents history and current status

Compared to the PDF-based SAP Enterprise Support report, the new SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit offers flexible interactive reporting capabilities with improved and extended content that, using new filters and personalization features, can be tailored to your needs.

This cockpit application will gradually replace the existing PDF-based SAP Enterprise Support report (accessed through the Support Report Document tile).
As you familiarize yourself with the new reporting cockpit, and while content is still being developed, you can continue to use the existing tool.

The current version represents the first phase in a staged approach; it includes major parts of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. The content is constantly being improved and extended. New data sections as well as further cloud solutions and on-premise products will be implemented and integrated in upcoming releases.

Use the documentation to get familiar with the tool by clicking the “?” icon  in the application.

How to access the application / Required authorizations:

The Enterprise Support reporting cockpit is launched through the tile Enterprise Support Reporting Cockpit..

Please use the information provided in the KBA 2835072 - How to get help using the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit - SAP ONE Support Launchpad

To access the application, the new authorization Display SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit (ESRCDISP) is required. Your cloud administrators got it added to their authorization profile on installation level and can start granting this authorization to other users if required. If there are several installations or solutions, you might need the authorization from more than one cloud administrator / hybrid super admin. A hybrid super admin is defined as a super admin with “Display Cloud” (CLOUDAUTH) authorization on installation level.

For the License Utilization data section you need an additional authorization “Access License Utilization for Cloud” (LICAUD_CLO). This authorization has been initially provided to Super Admins.

In the KBA 2834499 - How to access the SAP Enterprise Support reporting cockpit - SAP ONE Support Launchpad you will find a detailed description on required authorization and how to request it.

For any application-related issues please report an incident on component SV-SCS-ESR using the menu “Report an Issue” or provide your feedback to us.
