With each new update, the SAP Ariba Supplier Mobile app aims to improve the experience for suppliers on-the-go. Here’s what’s new to your experience:
Introducing: Related Documents
The September release of the supplier mobile app includes the ability to view related documents such as invoices for your purchase orders.
In your purchase order, go to the “info” tab and you will see the ‘related documents’ option. This option will be available if you have related documents for that purchase order, such as an invoice, ASN, or order confirmation. You’ll see the related documents and can drill into each one for more detail. For order confirmations specifically, clicking on the item will take you to a gateway showing a web view of the document, where you can take further action.
Similarly for invoices, you now have the option of viewing ‘Scheduled Payments’ within the invoice details. If you drill into more information, you’ll be directed to the web version of the mobile application.

These additions help you navigate your Ariba Network documents more effectively, without having to navigate through multiple screens to find relevant documents.
