As shared in my previous post, SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 will write a new chapter of our Hybrid Strategy while bringing major innovations both in terms of User Experience and Enterprise Readiness.
A couple of weeks ahead of the beginning of the BI 4.3 standard beta program, let’s review why this program is an opportunity for all customers and partners and how to participate.
SAP BusinessObjects BI is known as the best and most scalable enterprise reporting solution in the industry, and we are proud to release this major update.
This beta program is a unique opportunity to discover what to expect from it and to prepare your company to get the most out of the great new features.
We greatly value the feedback we receive during beta programs: we leverage it not only to improve the first Generally Available version but also to feed our backlog for upcoming Service Packs.
Quality of our solutions is paramount, and therefore we want to receive as much feedback as possible before we release the first version ready for production (planned in Q2 2020). That’s why we will welcome all partners and customers to the program.
It’s so simple to register: just email us at SAPBI43Beta@sap.com and we will reply with the instructions. Basically, you need a valid S-user and you will be asked to sign a Test and Evaluation Agreement.
To get your hands on the solution, you will need to download it and install on a sandbox system – no production use is supported with a beta version. And we will of course provide a process to report feedback.
All duly registered participant will receive an invitation to the beta program kick-off call planned on December 17th.
During this call, we will detail the modalities to download the solution and to report feedback, as well as the feature list available in the first beta release and the known limitations.
The solution itself will be available for download in the following days and we will make some updates available during the program.
