Experience the trial of SAP Cloud Platform Process Visibility

SAP Cloud Platform Process Visibility was launched in August 2019. Since then Customers, Partners & Consultants were requesting for a trial experience.

The trial experience is now here!! All it takes is 30 minutes to experience the trial and with this trial

  • customers can try before arriving at a buying decision
  • partners can build scenarios for specific customers
  • consultants can build expertise

The trial is offered via a lite plan and is the same as the productive version but with a few restrictions:

  • Not more than 3000 events can be pushed
  • Processing cannot be scheduled but needs to be manually triggered

    I am at Create a Business Scenario to Enable Visibility on Workflows step and I am facing the following error ‘An error occurred while processing your request. Retry later or contact the service provider.’ when I am adding the SAP Cloud platform workflow process.

    Has anyone faced this error before and how did they overcome it.

    I’m trying to activate the Process Visibility from the Service Marketplace but It seems that its not available for my test account

    Any idea with prerequisite I might be missing?

  • Hi,

    Can you remove the entitlement assigned to your subaccount and add the lite service plan for process visiblity again. Ensure that you click on Save. Let me know if this helps.

      I am facing the same issue as Mathieu. We are not able to set a quota / add service plan for “Process Visibility” in Trail Subaccount. It is taking from the global cloud foundry trial account which has it as lite and limited. Additionally, I tried removing the entitlement from global / sub account and I am not able to do the same. It is disabled.

      Could you please clarify how we can access “Process Visibility” in trial account?
