As the Q4 release has finally arrived, it’s time to highlight some of the new and interesting components of this next release. Before we get into to release highlights, I’d like to recognize the new strategic direction SuccessFactors has taken in their newly renamed SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite, which demonstrates the intent to go beyond HCM offerings to provide an engaging, people-centered experience. With HXM, we intend to keep the experience of the end user at the center of our offerings, allowing for more efficient operations and a deeper understanding of the employee.

Now let’s dive into some of the highlights you can look forward to with the Q4 release! In Onboarding, we are excited to unveil an entirely revamped experience, with an entirely rearchitected software and new onboarding capabilities that makes onboarding easier and more efficient. With a new onboarding dashboard, hiring managers can more easily manage their tasks and track progress for a faster onboarding process.

 



 

In Compensation, we are excited to reveal new rewards and recognition options, including a points based reward system to track employee’s reward progress. You can now also integrate new reward options, like gift cards and other experiences. These new offerings give employees additional opportunities to receive rewards and recognition, providing more motivation to further engage your workforce. The reward and recognition homepage has also been redesigned in the latest release, making it a more user friendly experience for employees looking to track their progress or redeem their rewards.

 



 

 

Finally, in Recruiting we have introduced a Quick-Apply option, that allows candidates to submit critical information and streamlines the application process. This new function makes it easier for candidates to apply, and thus makes it quicker for hiring managers to connect with the right candidates for their job openings.
