Help & Feedback

This early version has some limitations, which we plan to address before planned mid 2020 General Availability.

The new portal has a “Back to classic view” button in the top navigation bar in case you can’t find what you need on the new portal and want to switch your session temporarily to the prior version of Ariba Network home page. You will then for example find the inbox/outbox in the menu bar again, or as an admin use Account Hierarchy under the gear icon to access and administer a child account.

All Early Adopter Program participants are encouraged to submit feedback, questions and enhancement suggestions for the new supplier portal and workbench directly to the Ariba Network product team by using below Feedback Form link.

Feedback Form

Specifically any time you need to go “Back to classic view” please file a feedback with the reason. For all other network questions, please continue reaching out to Ariba Support.
