The new Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) Unified User Interfaces for Identity and Access Management is now open for registration until November 9, 2019.

What is this new CEI all about?

Identity and access management (IAM) comprises a strategic part of the foundation of the intelligent enterprise. Maintaining IAM configurations sometimes can be a difficult and time-consuming activity. Consistent, centralized, and user-friendly user interfaces (UIs) should help optimize the administrators' tasks, as well as reduce the chance to make a mistake. We are planning to develop new UIs for handling the IAM configurations for the SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication service and SAP Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning service.

Why should I participate?

The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative provides you, as an SAP customer or partner, with early insights into new SAP product developments. This is your opportunity to provide feedback, input, and ideas at early stages of development.

We would like to receive feedback about customer requirements and previous customer experience in the identity and access management area. By participating in this new CEI, you will be able to give feedback about the usability of the current solution. And share your requirements and ideas how consolidated, consistent UIs should look like.

What are the next steps for me?

If you would like to participate, please register for the project. You will then get invited for an initial call to learn more about the project and collaboration. After the initial call, you decide to take the next steps in the collaboration.
