We’ve just published a new tutorial series covering a simple end-to-end extension scenario which you can access here: Building Extensions for SAP S/4HANA Cloud using APIs and Events
The scenario involves the extension app picking up whenever a sales order is changed in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, accessing the details and persisting them in SAP HANA Cloud for further processing and showing the results in SAP Fiori.
Tutorials cover a simple scenario that incorporates key aspects of developing side-by-side extensions to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Components used include SAP API Business Hub, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility, SAP Event Mesh, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Launchpad, and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
So whether you’ve already got access and want to get going or you’re simply interested in seeing exactly how to get started hopefully these videos will prove useful.
