Forget Instruction Manuals, the Future of Learning is Built in Your Solution – Learn About It on openSAP
Smartphones are our portable encyclopedias. They help us finding an answer to virtually any question within seconds. This technology has caused a shift in our learning habits and it reflects the pace of the digital era, where change happens much faster.
To meet this needs, SAP offers a highly diversified learning portfolio.
Together with the classical classroom trainings there is, for example openSAP, SAP’s free of charge Enterprise MOOC provider. On this platform, you’ll find free online courses thought by SAP experts on the company’s latest innovations.
One of the latest courses on the platform was SAP Enable Now Framework
SAP Enable Now framework does not only bring learning within the application, but most importantly it provides context sensitive information. Additionally, it allows customers to create and personalize their own learning material, which can be directly embedded in the solution. The key elements are:
- Contextual Help: Just like the F1 help, this function explains what a button does
- Guided Tours: Explain the relevant process to the user
- Embedded Learning: Show the user where s/he is in the transaction.
- What’s New: Informs the user of changes in processes
If you are curious to see how Embedded Learning looks like, have a look at the links below.
