Improving SAP for Utilities On Premise with Customer Connection
Probably you don’t know how you can influence SAP’s enhancements for SAP for Utilities On Premise? Do you have good ideas how to improve the existing solution you are using on a day-to-day basis? Here you’ll find the answer how you can contribute to our mutual path for our On Premise solution.
For many years now SAP’s Customer Connection program provides collaborative ways to influence the solutions that are widely in use. The developments are based on Improvement Requests placed by customers and partners in a transparent procedure. The delivery is usually done via SAP notes for easy consumption. For the Utilities industry we conducted several projects over the last years. The SAP improvement finder comprises the results of all of these projects. Please have a look and see the many good ideas that already have been brought in by customers and partners.
During our last Customer Connection project SAP for Utilities 2019 we received Improvement Requests for various parts of SAP’s solution for Utilities. These contain not only the solution in SAP CRM and SAP ERP but also SAP Multichannel Foundation (MCF) and FI-CA.
We are currently preparing for a next project for SAP for Utilities in 2020. To underline the collaborative character of the program we are interested in your opinion. For this we would like to ask for your feedback with regards to the following questions:
- Would you participate in a future Customer Connection project for the SAP for Utilities (IS-U) product?
- For which topic/product area (examples see above) would you submit improvement requests on your own?
- When would be a good time to start such a project?
