Seems SAP won't automatically update the role which was already activated. It always be the reason we can't automatically get our app during the upgrade.
How to get our app display on fiori launchpad?
1. Checking the exact business catalog the app belong to in SAP App Lib.
2. Assign the business catalog to the business role via app "Maintain Business Role".
