Last year SAP Contact Center was included together with the SAP CRM customer connection program. However, for 2020 we are proud to announce that SAP Contact Center will run it's own customer connection program -- in addition to the SAP CRM connection program.

We are happy to invite all SAP Contact Center customers and partners to participate in this innovative offering by suggesting and voting on ideas and use cases to further enhance the existing product features, usability, and customer experience.

The program kicks off on October 21, 2019 and will run through December 3, 2019 when voting closes.

Timetable of events

  • Oct 21 – program opens

  • Oct 22 and 23 – kick-off webinars

  • Nov 5 – Speaker Corner #1: pitch your ideas to rally support from other customers

  • Nov 12 – Speaker Corner #2: pitch your ideas to rally support from other customers

  • Nov 18 – Speaker Corner #3: pitch your ideas to rally support from other customers

  • Dec 3 – voting closes

What is the SAP Customer Influence program?

Do you have an idea for an existing SAP product? Would you like to see a specific SAP enhancement made? Want to experience and implement new releases as soon as they hit the market? If so, the SAP Customer Connect program provides you the opportunity to influence such SAP software development decisions and adopt the new release improvements early on.

All SAP Contact Center customers and partners can participate in the program by first registering at the SAP Customer Influence site. Once registered, you will be able to share your valued Contact Center business case and related feature enhancement idea. Subscribers can then openly vote, collaborate or even further promote an enhancement idea in one of the ‘Speaker’s Corner’ sessions! The more votes a feature idea receives the better chance it has for becoming implemented. Even if you don’t have an idea, follow the program schedule to see what’s happening
