Ever wished for ServiceNow widget on your SuccessFactors Homepage?

With 1908 release we can now integrate 3rd Party application To-Do's which appears on SuccessFactors To-Do section of the Home Page!!

In our Example, 3^rd Party Application is ServiceNow.

Step 1:-  From Manage Home Page -- To-Do Settings --Show/Hide To-Do Tile -- Turn new button Third-Party To-Do Items: Use the toggle to Show (Yes) or Hide (No).



 

Step 2:- Once the tile is turned on, check for the update reflecting on the tile. Please note the tile would show up only if ToDo item/s are active.



 

Now your instance is all set to show 3rd party Application on SuccessFactors Home Page.

 

Prerequisites:-

• Successfactors Version 1908 or above


• Successfully integrated System; Successfactors and Service Now


• Users between SuccessFactors and ServiceNow needs to be pre-configured.
