HCM Brazil eSocial: Comparison Between New Employee Change Events and Saved Hiring Events

Olá pessoal,

Há algumas semanas, apresentamos modificações realizadas nos eventos que alteram dados de contratos. Hoje, apresentamos mais uma mudança que afeta esses eventos.

Liberamos a SAP Note 2813459, que traz a seguinte melhoria: os eventos de alteração de contrato agora comparam o conteúdo do evento gerado com os eventos de contratação salvos, descartando-os se o evento salvo possui campos comuns com os mesmos valores.

Lembramos que os eventos de alteração de contrato são os seguintes:

• S-2205 - Alteração de dados cadastrais do trabalhador


• S-2206 - Alteração de contrato de trabalho


• S-2306 - Trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego - alteração contratual

E os eventos de contratação são os seguintes:

• S-2200 - Cadastramento inicial do vínculo e admissão/ingresso de trabalhador


• S-2300 - Trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego - início

Este exemplo ajuda a entender o cenário:

1. Você gera um evento S-2200 para um empregado.


2. São feitas alterações em campos de infotipos que não são relevantes para o evento S-2206.


3. Você gera o evento S-2206 para o mesmo empregado.


4. O sistema verifica que o evento salvo S-2200 já possui as mesmas informações que o evento S-2206, e descarta o evento S-2206.

Quando este cenário acontece, o sistema mostra a mensagem HRPAYBR_EFD 218 no log do report de geração do evento. Esta mensagem foi entregue na SAP Note 2826430.

Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago, we introduced changes made to events that change contract data. Today, we introduced another change that affects these events.

We have released SAP Note 2813459, which brings the following improvement: contract change events now compare the generated event content with the saved hiring events, and discards them if the event that has been saved has the same fields with the same values.

We remind you that contract change events are as follows:

• S-2205 - Change to employee registration data


• S-2206 - Change to employment agreement


• S-2306 - Employee with no employment relationship - contract change

And hiring events are as follows:

• S-2200 - Initial registration of employment and employee hiring


• S-2300 - Employee with no employment relationship - start

This example helps you understand the scenario:

1. You generate an event S-2200 for an employee.


2. Changes are made to infotype fields that are not relevant for event S-2206.


3. You generate event S-2206 for the same employee.


4. The system checks that the saved event S-2200 already has the same information as event S-2206, and discards the S-2206 event.

When this scenario happens, the system displays the HRPAYBR_EFD 218 message in the event generation report log. This message was delivered in SAP Note 2826430.
