If you have a standard account on Ariba Network, you’re likely familiar with the benefits of digitizing transactions with your customers on the network. As our free account option, the standard account is ideal for suppliers with basic needs. It lets you process an unlimited number of documents like purchase orders, confirmations, goods shipped notices and invoices.
If you’re looking for additional capabilities or simply want a way to track your documents, the Ariba network enterprise account might be right for you.
The enterprise account gives you a dashboard where you can see all the purchase orders you’ve received in one view. You can see the details and status for each one, and action them right from the dashboard as well. This feature is incredibly helpful if you’re managing multiple purchase orders and are looking for a way to track them all. With the standard account, purchase orders are received via email, and you need to keep track of them manually.
In addition to a dashboard for your purchase orders, you also have a similar dashboard for the invoices you’ve sent. The enterprise account gives you an easy way to manage your invoices, and at a glance, see which invoices have been rejected or approved. You can also download the reports and manage your views.
The dashboard feature within the enterprise account saves you time and resources by offering an easy way to track documents, giving you the insight to take action on pending orders or rejected invoices sooner.
