Olá pessoal,
O mês de agosto mal começou e já temos duas novas publicações no site do eSocial: a
nota orientativa 2019.19 e a
nota técnica 15/2019, ambas publicadas em 2 de agosto. A posição da SAP com respeito a essas notas é a seguinte: já estamos analisando as duas publicações.
Vamos dar mais detalhes no aplicativo Announcement of Legal Change assim que o governo publicar o cronograma de entrada em produção restrita e produção oficial.
Enquanto isso, deixamos aqui um resumo das notas publicadas:
Nota orientativa 2019.19
Esta nota traz orientações sobre obrigatoriedade de preenchimento de grupos, campos e eventos do layout 2.5. Este layout sofrerá uma revisão: algumas informações que antes eram obrigatórias passarão a ser facultativas, o que evitará mudanças de estrutura dos arquivos e consequentes mudanças de sistema que estão em produção.
Nota técnica 15/2019
Esta nota aplica ao layout 2.5 os
passos de modernização anunciados no meio do mês de julho, e alguns pontos da nota orientativa 2019.19. O layout 2.5 passou a se chamar "2.5 (rev)", algumas regras foram flexibilizadas, e o envio dos seguintes eventos passou a não ser mais necessário:
- S-1300 - Contribuição Sindical Patronal
- S-2260 - Convocação para Trabalho Intermitente
- S-2250 - Aviso Prévio
- S-1070 - Tabela de Processos Adm./Judiciais (obrigatório só quando a matéria do processo for tributária, FGTS, ou contribuição sindical).

Hi everyone,
August has barely started, and we have two new publications on the eSocial website:
orientation note 2019.19 and
technical note 15/2019, both published on August 2 (links in Portuguese). SAP's position regarding these notes is as follows: we are already reviewing the two publications.
We will give you more details on the Announcement of Legal Change app as soon as the government publishes the official schedule for go-live of restricted production and official production.
Meanwhile, we have made a summary of the notes published:
Orientation Note 2019.19
This note provides guidance about mandatory filling out of groups, fields, and events of layout 2.5. This layout will be reviewed: some information that used to be mandatory will be made optional, which will prevent structure changes on the files and consequential changes to systems that are in production.
Technical Note 15/2019
This note applies to layout 2.5 the
modernization steps announced in the middle of July, and some points of the orientation note 2019.19. The 2.5 layout has been renamed "2.5 (rev)", some rules were made flexible, and sending the following events is no longer needed:
- S-1300 - Union dues
- S-2260 - Notification for intermittent work
- S-2250 - Notice period
- S-1070 - Administrative/legal proceedings table (mandatory only when the proceeding object is tax, FGTS, or union dues).
