By now you are probably aware that the Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales (UGPP), through Resolution 922 of 2018, changed the required information provided by the employers.
If your company is required by the UGPP to present the payroll information, you can generate an Excel file with the requested information using the Reporte Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales UGPP report (RPC_PAYCO_UGPP) from SAP (transaction PC00_M38_UGPP).
SAP Note 2681933 - [CO] UGPP - Resolution 922 of 2018 modified the output of the RPC_PAYCO_UGPP report in accordance with the new requirements. Keep in mind that this Note requires steps prior to the implementation.

A estas alturas, usted probablemente ya sabe que la Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales (UGPP), mediante la Resolución 922 de 2018, cambió los requisitos que debe cumplir la información suministrada por empleadores.
Si la UGPP requiere que su compañía presente la información de pagos de aporte de nómina, usted puede generar un fichero en formato Excel para presentar la información solicitada utilizando el reporte Reporte Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales UGPP (RPC_PAYCO_UGPP) de SAP (transacción PC00_M38_UGPP).
