With the rise of new and emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, extended reality, quantum computing, and distributed ledgers, just to name a few, maintaining the overall health of the systems running your business is of utter importance.

SAP’s support backbone (also known as OSS) has served as a lifeline to understanding and optimizing customer IT systems. This central infrastructure provides vital reporting, tools, and insights needed to pinpoint and resolve technical issues as well as monitoring key performance indicators, managing support incidents, analyzing system data, and finding recommended solutions.
