Hi Gary,
I am sorry I did not understand your question. Do you mean the webinar recordings? A couple of days after July 11, the recorded sessions will be available in this wiki.
Please let me know if this is not what you asked for.

mahuya
Thanks for the info Mahuya.
Really looking forward to this Webinar.
Kind Rgds,

The link never works !!!
Hi Damodar,
Did you try accessing it with your s-user? You need one to access the wiki.
For a new customer, SAP will create an initial S-user ID for the SAP software recipient which is in the tenant handover e-mail. This user administrator can then request any number of S-user IDs and assign the required authorizations at any time.
For more information, see, SAP User Management concept: https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/users.html

Hi, Mahuya PaulPaul is this the only page I can find out about updates to the Service Centre?
The first time we, as a customer, found out about this change was after our Service team logged in (this morning 12-8-19) and saw that the complete look and feel had changed.
The look and feel changing but we can not access open tickets, has anyone else had this issue?
Stuart
Hi Stuart,
We send pre-release emails to customers with the details of all the new features and changes. In addition we conduct pre & post sales webinars for every release. Invitations to these webinars are sent via emails as well. Please check with your IT contact for the same.
At any given time all the information (including webinar recordings) is available on our wiki. Please note that you need a S-user to access this wiki page. If you don't have one, please contact your administrator.
In addition, you can check our What's New documents in the help center every release.
Regards,
mahuya
Thank Mahuya Paul is there a page that show s the planned updates that I and the team can bookmark to stay on top of the updates and make sure we do not miss the updates? As we did with this one. For example, this page is the main forum for all Success Factor products.
https://community.successfactors.com/t5/Product-Updates-Blog/SAP-SuccessFactors-Q3-2019-Product-Updates/bc-p/234669#M1433
On another subject, after this update, we can not search for open tickets, have you had had this feedback from any other customer?
Thanks
Stuart
Hi Stuart,
I will connect you to our product manager who can help you with your questions. You have a good day. 🙂
Simone Lesniak , can you please help Stuart?
Regards,
Mahuya
Hi Stuart,
we have all release dates available in the SAP CX wiki: https://wiki.hybris.com/x/aZZDG (s-user ID required).
The SAP Help Portal has the updates for each release and is accessible in the what's new section the day before the test tenants are being upgraded. The notable changes in this section gives you an overview of important updates in each release (https://help.sap.com/viewer/637db7a0d01e47009d9420e9a927c571/latest/en-US/6f211e06144e4c839d5e4ec9e19ea99a.html
To stay up to date with your product you can subscribe to our monthly newsletter: https://www.sap.com/cmp/nl/cx-sales-service-cloud-news/index.html. The newsletter has a link collection you can bookmark.
We are also working on a SAP C/4HANA Resources Center where you can get access to the wealth of information around all C/4HANA products for the different stages of your journey. As soon as we go live with this page, it'll also be announced in the newsletter.
Kind regards
Simone
Thanks, Simone Lesniak these are really helpful links, my question is how would I have found these sites through searching? Following the update today in prod, we have been searching the web site but could not find any of these pages, form the main wiki, a couple of pages linked to 2018 and the February Hotfixes.
For example from this link: https://www.sap.com/community/topics/cloud-for-customer.html the Release Dates link points to 2018.
For example, when the 2020 calendar is published, how are customers notified that the page is available? Would this be in the newsletter?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Stuart
Hi Mahuya Paul,
When will be available the delta exam certification for this release in learning hub?
Thank you and best regards!
Monica
Hi Monica,
There aren’t any delta assessments in Learning Hub available yet to stay current for Cloud for Sales/Service.
With respect to the Full Certifications, the following are available:
C_C4C12_1811 > Available since March, next update only next year (Cloud for Sales)
C_C4C14_1811 >Available since March, next update only next year (Cloud for Service)
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Mahuya
