Please note that we are now piloting a new cloud version of the Continuous Quality Check Interface Management (CQC IFM) service through the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program.
The Continuous Quality Check Interface Management (CQC IFM) service helps SAP Enterprise Support customers to optimize the return on their investment in SAP cloud applications by investigation and analysis of specific interfaces.
The service helps to minimize potential risks during critical go-lives as well as during the operations phase of your solution and to increase technical stability, performance, throughput, and maintainability of your solution.
During the service, customers will receive:
- Investigation on specific interfaces with known or suspected performance, stability or response time issues
- Recommendations for the specified interfaces to provide an optimal interface configuration
The cloud applications SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Sales and Service Cloud (previous known as SAP Cloud for Customer) were piloted successfully in 2020. Now we would like to pilot integration scenarios for SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud with SAP Cloud Platform Integration as the integration platform. We would need all relevant accesses and authorizations in accordance with normal CQC service delivery.
Also, as this is a pilot service we would need your feedback after the service has been delivered to improve the quality of delivery in the future.
