For over 50 years, Manutan has created a legacy in B2B distance selling. From the original mailed paper catalogs to transitioning to the web, the French supplier has become a pioneer in the eCommerce space, specifically with SAP Ariba. They now share their story and stresses the importance of transformation into the digital world. The time is NOW to move forward to digitization and Manutan proves that it can be done.

Change is constant, but rarely occurring without error, tension, and failures. Manutan realized that their change management strategy needed to address and confront their challenges, meet customer demands, and engage their employees. Without this focus, the company would not have succeeded in its transition to the digital world. By persevering and focusing on the final outcomes, Manutan has risen above its competitors and is now able to share a story of success about the massive transformation the business took. The company is now better able to serve all of its customers, including Class C customers. Class C customers were previously difficult to engage because of their non-recurrent and nonstrategic purchases.
