Customer Support Request through Edmin
Have you been struggling to find an answer?
Have you asked and searched but still no luck? Do you need live support? You may now raise a customer support request. You will be asked to provide a subject, name and email and an expert will reach out to you to arrange a meeting upon your request. If you have changed your mind, you can always go back and cancel a request. As this initiative is in pilot mode, please note that we currently accept requests in:
- Sales and Distribution
- Integration and Data Migration.
To start your request open the Edmin Chat Window and click on the 3 bars on the bottom left of the chat window and 3 options will appear. Select Help Request and follow the chat prompts to set up your request.

Hello! Does someone try? Because on my side, the option does not appears the way it is shown on the slide. The Help request is not visible on the 3 bars
