How to access expert area predictor service
- Access SAP ONE Support Launchpad and click the Schedule an Expert tile to book a new session.
- Type your question in Your question section. The more detailed information you provide, the more matching results you will get.
- Select the system in Categorize it.
- Select an expert area from the Expert Area menu and you will automatically receive a list of potential expert areas on the top of the Select an Expert Area page.
