HCM Brazil eSocial: How to Handle Different IHS Events on the Same Day

Olá pessoal,

A entrada em produtivo dos eventos de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (SST) para as empresas com faturamento superior a R$ 78 milhões está prevista para julho de 2019. Vamos tratar hoje de um cenário que pode ser comum: a ocorrência de um mesmo tipo de evento de SST mais de uma vez no mesmo dia. Isso pode acontecer, por exemplo, quando o empregado tem um treinamento pela manhã e outro treinamento à tarde.

O gerenciamento de alterações (change manager) do eSocial esperaria que houvesse só um evento por dia. No nosso exemplo, o treinamento da tarde retificaria o evento do treinamento da manhã, mas o comportamento esperado é que o sistema gere dois eventos diferentes.

Para tratar essa questão, liberamos a SAP Note 2781912. Ela cria a nova classificação de evento S – Evento SST de empregado. Dessa forma, cada empresa pode customizar seus eventos de SST com a nova classificação S na visão Tipos de eventos (V_T7BREFD_EVTYPE; customizing: Cálculo das folhas de pagamento -> Cálc.folha pagamento Brasil -> eSocial -> Configurações básicas -> Definir tipos de eventos).

Além disso, cada empresa deve customizar o evento de SST de forma que o valor do tipo de informação (campo INF_VALUE) seja composto pelo número do empregado (campo PERNR) e por um identificador único. Consulte a SAP Note 2781912 para ver exemplos.

Hi everyone,

The go-live of the industrial hygiene and safety (IHS) events for companies with sales volume over BRL 78 million is intended for July, 2019 (content in Portuguese). Let’s talk today about a scenario that can be common: the occurrence of the same type of IHS event more than once on the same day. This might happen, for example, when the employee has a training in the morning and another training in the afternoon.

eSocial change manager expected that there would be only one event per day. In our example, a training in the afternoon would rectify the morning training event, but the expected behavior is that the system generates two different events.

To handle this issue, we’ve released SAP Note 2781912. It creates the new event classification S – Evento SST de empregado. In this way, each company code can customize its IHS events with the new S classification in the Tipos de eventos view (V_T7BREFD_EVTYPE; Customizing: Payroll -> Payroll Brazil -> eSocial -> Basic Settings -> Define Event Types).

In addition, each company must customize the IHS event so that the information type value (INF_VALUE field) consists of the employee number (PERNR field) and a unique identifier. See SAP Note 2781912 for examples.

Another note on the IHS events: we remind you that, although the IHS part is not covered in the standard system, in January we released the objects and the generation of the XML files according to layout 2.5. Read more details on this blog post.
