An exciting opportunity to influence SAP has started with the cycle of the 2019 SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI). The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative provides you with early insights into new SAP product developments

Make sure that your voice is heard.This is your opportunity to provide feedback, input and ideas at early stages of development.

• Participate in remote or on-site sessions to discuss ideas and see if they fit your requirements


• Collaborate with SAP product management to shape new product features


• Build a network with other SAP customers and partners using the same product.

Follow-up after registration: When you register for a project, you will be invited to an introductory call with the SAP project lead to discuss your engagement way forward. Typically, all activities are governed by the Feedback Agreement with SAP.
