A restore point is a snapshot of your system’s data at a specific point in time. It should be requested as a fallback system before executing data migration processes or other critical operations in your current system.

Per tenant, only one active restore point is allowed. By default, restore points have a validity period of 14 days and are deleted afterwards automatically. Within this period, you have the option to create an incident if you wish to Reset/Rollback your system to this restore point.

Restore/Rollback from Restore Point can be requested from your end via Service Control Center work center.

To request Restore to Restore Point, request you to follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Service Control Center work center.

  2. Go to Systems view.

  3. Select the system which has the Active Restore Point.

  4. Click on Reset to Restore Point button.

  5. Fill the required details & Click on Ok.

NOTE: A restore point can be used only for one time restore. This mean we cannot use one restore point for multiple restores.
