News with Software Logistics Toolset 1.0 SPS 26. For SAP on IBM i, two features were added that you might find interesting:
- The SAP system copy on IBM i now supports to use an existing SAP database library when creating a new SAP system. This option may be helpful when you want to use a database copy that has been created through the FlashCopy feature.
- In addition, the SAP Uninstall now supports the option to leave the SAP database library on the system when the entire SAP system is deleted. This option may be helpful for some test scenarios in conjunction with the new system copy option.
