Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions - New and Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions - Obsolete as of 1911

Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions - New
With this app, you can configure workflows to optimize the approval process for purchase requisitions as a business process specialist. With this app, you have several options to define preconditions for the overall release and for the item level release of a purchase requisition. Depending on the role you are assigned to, you can determine an approver. The approval process starts when a workflow with one or more steps is activated and the preconditions you have assigned to it are met.
To activate workflows in this app you must deactivate all the workflows in Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions – Obsolete as of 1911 app.

Note
- This app is planned to be deprecated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1911. You cannot create new workflows in this app after SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1911 is released.
- The app Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions – New is available as a replacement. We recommend you create new workflows in this new app. To activate workflows in the Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions – New app you must deactivate all the workflows in the Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions - Obsolete as of 1911 app.
