For the second year in a row, SAP Services was recognized as "The Most Attractive Employer" in the Czech Republic in the category "Business Services" at the Randstad Employer Brand Awards. We also got 7th place overall among the 150 largest employers in the Czech Republic! To stand out as an employer-of-choice, we need to outwardly demonstrate exceptional qualities in our brand. This is vital because companies with positive brands get twice as many applications as companies with negative brands and 50% of candidates say they wouldn’t work for a company with a bad reputation – even with a pay increase! Randstad analyzed the perceptions of 4,778 respondents within the Czech Republic consisting of students, employees, and unemployed individuals between the ages of 18-65 from the general public through online surveys. These respondents rated companies based first on if they knew of the company, and then their reflection of employer attractiveness based on good reputation, career progression, salary and benefits, company atmosphere, job content, and finally, the question, “would you like to work for this employer?”
