With 1905 we offer the possibility to configure which amongst the many external IDs should be the "main external ID " .
for example in an integrated landscape a customer might originate from a marketing solution then come to C4C and then replicated to ERP.
in such a scenario the customer record in C4C will have 2 external IDs ( one from marketing and one from ERP).
with 1905 we offer the possibility for the customer to configure and decide which amongst these external IDs should be shown in the list views ( in short where you want to see only one external ID linked to the customer record).

Once this configuration is done you can configure the list view to include this external ID in all transactional lists using KUT .
Once done , you will be able to visualize the customer's ERP ID ( Or any other external ID) in your list views as well .
