The end of maintenance of EC-CS is planned as December 31, 2025

The New SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting
The new SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting comes with the best of all the past options. The functional and process scope covers data collection, eliminations, currency translations, and
Reporting (legal & management). Group reporting is embedded in the SAP S/4HANA core environment. Group reporting combines two areas which were isolated in traditional consolidation solutions: legal entity closing and corporate closing. With the new product features, both local and group closing processes are executed in the same unified environment.
I will discuss the functionalities of Group Reporting in next blog as this blog is to focus on the product roadmap.
