No último mês de março, o governo liberou a NDE 03/2019 (Nota de Documentação Evolutiva), com informações do layout de eventos de imposto de renda e processo trabalhista, além de ajustes pontuais. Veja a NDE
neste arquivo do website do eSocial.
A posição da SAP com respeito à NDE 03/2019 é a seguinte: trabalhamos apenas com versões oficiais. Por isso, estamos aguardando a publicação oficial do novo layout do eSocial antes de começar a implementação. Estamos cientes da NDE; no entanto, ainda pode haver mudanças entre esta versão e o que de fato será publicado no próximo novo layout do eSocial.
Enquanto aguardamos o próximo layout, estamos estudando a NDE 03/2019 para ter uma estimativa dos impactos. Mas dependemos da publicação oficial do layout para iniciar o desenvolvimento e publicar o anúncio oficial no aplicativo

Hi everyone,
In March, the government released the NDE 03/2019 (
Nota de Documentação Evolutiva), with information about the layout of income tax events and the labor process events, as well as specific. View the NDE in
this file from the eSocial website (content in Portuguese).
SAP’s position with regards to NDE 03/2019 is the following: we work only with official versions. Therefore, we are waiting for the official publishing of the new eSocial layout before starting the implementation. We’re aware of the NDE; however, there may still be changes between this version and what will actually be published in the next new eSocial layout.
While we wait for the next layout, we are studying NDE 03/2019 to have an estimate of the impact. But we depend on the official publishing of the layout to start development and publish the official content on the
Announcement of Legal Change application of SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
