SAP Marketing Cloud 1905 release provides seamless integration of Qualtrics survey data into SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud. This integration allows customers to integrate Qualtrics with SAP Marketing solution with minimal efforts.

We have built the Qualtrics integration flows that will fetch survey metadata and response from the Qualtrics system and transform it into SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud survey data format. This transformed data will be sent to the pre-delivered survey iFlow, which will push Qualtrics survey metadata and response into SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud system.

We have published the following standard Qualtrics integration iFlows in the SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI):

  • Create Survey Subscription in Qualtrics

  • Mapping Qualtrics Survey Data for SAP Marketing Cloud

What is the value of using integration flows?

The Qualtrics survey data integration with SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud system is an event-based integration using Webhook (event subscription) mechanism.

The survey subscription integration iFlow subscribes to the Qualtrics survey event ‘activateSurvey’ and therefore established the connectivity between the Qualtrics system to the survey iFlow.

The Qualtrics mapping iFlow fetches Qualtrics survey metadata and response easily from Qualtrics system and transform it into SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud format. It sends this transformed data to the survey iFlow, which will push Qualtrics survey metadata and response into SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud system. This iFlow also allows you to subscribe to the Qualtrics event ‘completedResponse’ after the successful creation of the Qualtrics survey metadata in SAP Marketing/SAP Marketing Cloud system.
