Customer Interaction Center (CIC) are hosting a series of webinars throughout 2019.      

Throughout these CIC webinars  you will discover the key support resources available to you as an SAP customer and what information you need to successfully engage with our support organisation.

Covering topics such as  Introduction to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, Search and Supportability, Incident Management and  Getting Started with Support  and have your questions answered by a CIC expert.

The webinars will be delivered in a variety of languages and across several time zones.

  • It will help you to become more familiar with the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and its applications
  • You will learn more about the search, incidents, license keys, software downloads and user management tools
