Packaging is an art. Choosing the right materials and sizes of packages to fit the packaged goods and maintain efficiency requires thoughts and planning. To streamline the packaging process, SAP Business One introduces an option to display the required number of packages for each item in delivery or A/R invoice:

When selected, SAP Business One populates the proposed number of packages in the item row based on the packaging definition made in the Item Master Data > Sales Data tab of the given item. You can change this number in the document if required.
