Transporting new Output Control Requirement Routines

When maintaining new Output Requirement Routines in transaction VOFM a new include is generated and automatically added to a transport.  Unfortunately there is a long standing bug where the include is added to include RV61BNNN, where all of the Output Requirement Routines are included, but no transport is generated for this include.

Solution

The solution is to add the report manually to a transport.  Open the transport and click change and insert object LIMU-REPS-RV61BNNN.
