Como você sabe, manter o pré-requisito mínimo de Support Package é uma segurança de que as novas entregas do eSocial são compatíveis com o que você tem instalado, e que não deve haver problemas técnicos na implementação das novas funcionalidades.
Uma vez ao ano, mudamos o pré-requisito mínimo e a recomendação de Support Package, e divulgamos a informação com antecedência para que todos possam organizar seus upgrades.
Com relação ao pré-requisito, entre novembro de 2019 e novembro de 2020, o pré-requisito mínimo serão os Support Packages liberados em 9 novembro de 2017. Isso quer dizer que, a partir de novembro de 2019, se você estiver com um Support Package anterior aos liberados em 9 de novembro de 2017, não conseguirá mais implementar SAP Notes referentes ao eSocial.
Além disso, para facilitar a instalação de SAP Notes individuais, também temos uma recomendação: instale os Support Packages liberados a partir de 9 de maio de 2019. Desta maneira, você terá sempre o nível de Support Package mais alto em seu sistema.

Até recentemente, a informação de pré-requisitos mínimos e de recomendação de Support Packages se encontrava em um arquivo anexo à SAP Note 1575963. Porém, assim como os arquivos de entregáveis que mostramos no último blog, o arquivo de roadmap também foi movido para as páginas do Globalization Services HCM no portal de suporte da SAP.

As you know, keeping the minimum Support Package prerequisite is a way to ensure that the new eSocial deliveries are compatible with what you have installed, and that there should be no technical problems in the implementation of new features.
Once a year, we change the minimum Support Package prerequisite and the Support Package recommendation, and we publicize the information in advance so that all of you can organize your upgrades.
Regarding the prerequisite, between November 2019 and November 2020, the minimum prerequisite are the Support Packages released on November 9, 2017. This means that, as of November 2019, if you have a Support Package earlier than those released on November 9, 2017, you will no longer be able to implement SAP Notes regarding eSocial.
In addition, to facilitate the installation of individual SAP Notes, we also have a recommendation: install the Support Packages released as of May 9, 2019. In this way, you always have the highest Support Package level in your system.
eSocial roadmap file now on SAP Support Portal
Our previous blog talked about closing SAP Note 1575963 - LC Announcement: eSocial, and showed where you can find the information that used to be there.
Until recently, the minimum prerequisite and Support Package recommendation information was in a roadmap file attached to SAP Note 1575963. But just like the deliverables files we showed in the last blog, the roadmap file has also been moved to the Globalization Services HCM pages on the SAP Support Portal.
