SAP Partner Solution Center guided the Chilean SAP Partner through a 3 day Journey and they gained skills to create a S/4HANA Proposal for Net New Name or Installed Base customer.
The 1st day the participants worked in teams and created a Project Scope based on SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA including extensions like localization and specializations. The teams prepared the project scope presentation including a 100% Fiori Live Demo.
The 2nd day the project team gained special SAP Fiori skills and included them into the final presentation. Based on a SAP S/4HANA 1809 system the project team presented the Project Proposal.
On the 3rd day the Teams entered the SAP iERP Project Scope into the SAP Transformation Navigator, gained the tools skills including the Quick Value Assessment QVA based on the previous defined Project Scope. We pointed out the main benefits with Value Proposition content. With the current and recurring benefits from the QVA we calculated the ROI Return on Investment including the Costs (Software, Maintenance, Consulting Service and Infrastructure)
