SAP S/4HANA Cloud on release 1902 – Highlights
The North American Solution Center, with the help of the Partner Business Manager team, organized and hosted 3 dedicated workshops that took place on February 27th and 28th, and March 06th.
To provide high touch enablement, we went to the partner’s facilities and trained their SAP S/4HANA Cloud resources on the new features available with SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1902.
A total of 30 people were trained by:
- Bernd Herold (Business Development Lead, SCP and Leonardo | SAP Partner Solution Center)
- Debashish Chatterjee (Global VP – Global Channels & Platforms)
- Harold Sandoval (Principal, S/4HANA Cloud | SAP Partner Solution Center)
- Jamil Khan (S/4HANA Cloud Partner Readiness, Empowerment and Innovation)
- Wesley Honorato (Senior Specialist, S/4HANA Cloud | SAP Partner Solution Center)
The workshop was held in an hybrid format, with a part delivered on-site at the partners premises and a part delivered using ZOOM.
As we wanted to have the attendees engaged, the workshop was designed to have the active interaction from the partners through discussions on specific topics covered in the session as well as other points related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and the strategy moving forward.
Below goes a high-level overview of the topics covered in our workshops:

In the first wave of sessions, we were able to train the following top S/4HANA Cloud North American partners:
- Createch (Canada)
- Beyond Technologies (Canada)
- Echelon Solutions Group LLC (United States)
As a result of the great work we put together by the team, we received extremely positive feedback from partners as well as our SAP colleagues who helped us organize the event:
Alain Dubois (Beyond Technologies – partner): ‘We had a pretty good session last week. We’re very excited about how the solution is evolving and look forward to collaborating in the future.’
Islam El Kady (SAP PBM): ‘Thanks to the team for offering this to the partners, who were extremely excited to have the opportunity.’
Alain Tager (SAP PBM): ‘We appreciate your support and deep expertise more than anything! The feedback was great from the partners’
Stay tuned for more enablement sessions on SAP S/4HANA Cloud in 2019.
