For B2B webshops the ByD commerce add-on will provide the following integration:

  1. Initial load and uni-directional sync of accounts and contacts

  2. Initial load of product catalog with price.

  3. Add and enhance marketing product data (e.g. text, image, video) in the webshop

  4. Create Sales Order in ByD with ATP check and customer specific pricing and tax

  5. Payment by invoice in ByDesign

  6. Real-time order fulfillment data from ByD displayed in webshop.

  7. Create leads and service requests and execute them in ByD.
