HCM Brazil eSocial: how to close a company on event S-1000

Olá pessoal,

Esperamos que tenham tido um ótimo Carnaval! Estamos de volta com nossa série de blogs, e hoje vamos tratar sobre um possível cenário no evento S-1000 - Informações do empregador/contribuinte/órgão público: o encerramento da empresa. Você já passou por isso?

Conforme o manual de orientação do eSocial (versão 2.5.01, página 34), o encerramento da empresa pode ser feito da seguinte maneira:

1. Encerrar as tabelas relativas àquela empresa (eventos S-1005 a S-1080).


2. Enviar o evento S-1000 com as informações de alteração, e o preenchimento da data de fim de validade, no registro novaValidade.

Outra maneira possível e mais simples de acordo com a orientação do Comitê Gestor seria enviar o evento S-1000 com nova validade e a situação de empresa extinta, o que presume o fim da validade do evento anterior - e também o fim da validade das tabelas associadas ao evento anterior. Assim, este processo constitui o encerramento da empresa, e você não precisa delimitar diversos registros em cada uma das tabelas.

Para realizar o processo no sistema SAP, siga estes passos:

1. Acesse a visão Filial - informações gerais (V_T7BRB1, customizing: Administração de pessoal -> Administração de pessoal -> Dados organizacionais -> Filiais e obras: Brasil -> Informações legais e gerais -> Manter informações sobre filiais).


2. Crie uma nova entrada para a empresa que você deseja encerrar.


3. Preencha o campo PJ com o valor 1 - Extinção.


4. Delimite a data da entrada conforme a data do encerramento da empresa.


5. Grave suas entradas.

Depois que você preencher a visão V_T7BRB1, um novo evento S-1000 é gerado com a informação de extinção:



Envie o evento ao ambiente nacional do eSocial, e sua empresa estará encerrada nos registros do governo.

We hope you've enjoyed your Carnival holiday! We're back with blogging, and today we'll talk about a possible scenario in event S-1000 - Employer/taxable person/body of public law information: closing a company. Have you ever been in this situation?

According to the eSocial guidance manual (version 2.5.01, page 34, content in Portuguese), closing a company can be done as follows:

1. Close the tables for that company (events S-1005 to S-1080).


2. Send event S-1000 with change information and the valid-to date filled out in the novaValidade

Another possible, more simple way according to the eSocial Steering Committee would be to send event S-1000 with new validity and company status "extinct", which assumes the end of validity of the previous event - and also the end of validity of the tables associated with the previous event. Thus, this process closes the company, and you do not have to delimit several records in each table.

To perform the process in the SAP system, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Branch - general information view (V_T7BRB1, Customizing: Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Organizational Data -> Branches and Construction Work: Brazil -> Legal and General Information -> Maintain information on branches).


2. Create a new entry for the company code that you want to close.


3. Fill in the LP field with value 1 - Extinction.


4. Delimit the date of the entry according to the company's closing date.


5. Save your entries.

After you fill out view V_T7BRB1, a new event S-1000 is generated with the closing information:



Send the event to the eSocial national environment, and your company will be closed in the government records.
