Dashboarding Best Practices For Portfolio and Project Management in the Utilities Industry

Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud pre-build content to get more value out of your SAP Project Portfolio Management solution.

Decision makers can easily review the current status of development projects without the need to dig into the expert applications in PPM. The dashboard correlates financial indicators and expected commercial value with assessed risks. This makes it a lot easier to keep an overview of the entire project portfolio while also giving the option to review the details of an individual project.

      Ryan.

Thank you for the high level overview of the PPM Dashboards. How would one view a Gantt chart or timelines of a Portfolio of projects and see how they overlap and get a view of the things going on at the same time.

      Ryan,

This is interesting, I could figure out how to implement the first Story demonstrated in the video, however I could not find the pre-built content for when you showed the WHAT-IF analysis, which Business Content package does that belong to?
