Maintenance Management

Mass generation of orders for maintenance notifications

First, I would like to highlight the mass generation of orders for maintenance notifications. The SAP Fiori app Find Maintenance Notifications allows you to generate orders either for a single notification or for several notifications in mass mode. By selecting the Create Multiple Orders option, you can generate separate maintenance orders for every selected maintenance notification. You can also generate a single maintenance order for the selected maintenance notifications if you select the Create Single Order with Header Notification option.

Mass change of scheduling data for maintenance notifications

The SAP Fiori app Find Maintenance Notifications enables the user to easily change scheduling data. With this app, you can select several maintenance notifications and choose the Change Scheduling button to set, overwrite or clear the values of the scheduling-related fields, such as priority, required start date and required end date.

The same is true for maintenance orders in the Find Maintenance Orders app. This app enables the user to easily change scheduling data. With this app, you can select several maintenance notifications and choose the Change Scheduling button to set, overwrite or clear the values of the scheduling-related fields, such as priority, required start date and required end date.

Data migration

Functional location BOM, Equipment BOM, Measuring point

With the 1902 release, we have enhanced the list of business objects for data migration and provide a file-based solution for the business objects functional location BOM, equipment BOM, and measuring point. You can upload master data into the system and check whether the data load has been successful. The benefit is obvious: With this, you can efficiently migrate your data to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Increase SAP S/4HANA Cloud User Adoption

SAP Enable Now

Another hot topic that I would like to draw your attention to is the new SAP Enable Now framework, our harmonized onboarding and continuous enablement concept which is embedded directly in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The framework provides standard enablement content which is constantly updated and comprises context-sensitive help, guided tours and tutorials directly within SAP S/4HANA Cloud. In addition, you can customize or produce your own enablement content and upload to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
