To support our customers in their journey to the Intelligent Enterprise, SAP Enterprise Support will introduce in the first quarter of 2019 the Next Generation SAP Enterprise Support value maps powered by the SAP Enterprise Support Academy, now utilizing SAP Learning Hub as a delivery platform.

The Next Generation SAP Enterprise Support value maps offer a one-stop shop to customers for:

  • End-to-end support with self-paced e-learning courses and online classes
  • Social collaboration by connecting professionals with SAP specialists and industry peers
  • Access to SAP experts via expert-led live sessions
  • Individualized prescriptive learning journeys.

The program is designed to provide integration guidance across topics – enabling the intelligent enterprise through business processes support combined with outcome-oriented objectives and a tailored roadmap to prepare and enable customers for a move to digital core, leverage intelligent tools, and digital transformation. SAP Enterprise Support Value maps are there to help and guide customer on solutions like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud for Customers, SAP SuccessFactors or on foundational topics like Lifecycle Management, Security or on challenges like Data Volume Management, Business process improvement or on digital innovation topics and SAP Analytics solutions.

Starting in Q2 2019, SAP Enterprise Support will introduce all next-generation SAP Enterprise Support value maps which will be entirely available in SAP Learning Hub.

The move to SAP Learning Hub of all SAP Enterprise Support value maps will allow customers to get support at any time, anywhere using highly engagement new learning formats. In addition, this migration will lead to the introduction of new features in the upcoming months by enabling machine learning and artificial intelligence which will positively impact the customer experience.

      I would like to hear some customer feedback on the Security VM. I've explored it before. But frankly I found it intimidating because of the level of effort required.

      It is always very important for us to get customer's feedback and we use it when developing the Next Generation Value Maps concept.
