Financial processes revived using RPA
Genisys Information Systems India Pvt Ltd.(Genisys Group) offered the solution that eliminate the human effect and replaced human workers by mimicking the processes that are time consuming and tiresome. So that the human effort can be utilized more effectively in various different areas to play more value driven roles. Example of RPA tasks are extracting data from invoice, entering a purchase order, downloading reports from various systems and inputting data into an SAP backend.

Genisys finance team invested tremendous energy in gathering the timesheet information and feed them in SAP framework and produce solicitations. The solicitations must be printed physically by opening each receipt one by one and send to the print physically, which will be couriered to the clients for payments. The information feed is mistake inclined and tedious. They additionally searching for highlights to auto create receipt and trigger print process remote
Finance team receives the timesheet information of the employees and gathers the other required information of tech employee from various different sources and consolidate the information the excel sheet and the data is feed in the SAP business system by manual processes performed using the valuable man hours in order to save the human effort in performing the time consuming and tedious job which takes approximately around 10 minutes to gather the details for a single employee’s details

Genisys automated this business process of extracting the data and entering it into the SAP business system using RPA. Once the employee submits the timesheet, the robot automatically collects the required information from the different sources and generates the standard excel. Once the excel is generated, the UIpath robot then picks up this excel and enters the data back into the SAP business system, generates the invoices and prints the same. The approximate time taken for the entire process now takes only 15 minutes.
