BSAO – Some new information on the Ariba Supplier Business Suite Add-on

here some updates from the supplier side:

Order change problem resolved (missing version)

When the buyer uses the Ariba PO/PI adapter (CI-9 SP2) and the supplier the business suite add-on, it was not possible to process order changes sent by the buyer.  The Inbound cXML for Update Purchase Order is not processed on the supplier system. This was due to a missing version attribute in the cXML created by the buyers PI adapter.

Fortunately, SAP provided a solution to this issue with note 2737856 – Duplicate incoming order XX_XXXXX already created with SO number XXXXX

In this context also check notes 2718694 and 2681894! If you already implemented one of these notes, make sure to reset them, download the latest version and first implement 2718694 and then 2681894!

End of maintenance date change for business suite add-on!

SAP changed the end-of-maintenance date from 12/31/2019 to 12/31/2020! See note 2705047
